When submitting your complaint, please clearly include your name, contact information, a description of the issue, and—if applicable—relevant order or customer details.

Complaint Handling
Upon receipt of your complaint, we will confirm it electronically. Toalson.net aims to process and respond to your complaint within fourteen (14) calendar days. If a longer period is required, you will be notified within this timeframe, along with an indication of when you can expect a substantive response.

Objective
Toalson.net will make every reasonable effort to resolve your complaint fairly and equitably, taking into account the interests of both parties.
