Warranty Terms

Toalson.net offers a 12-month warranty on all products, starting from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects under normal use. Damage caused by improper use, wear and tear, accidents, or external factors is not covered.

If a defect occurs within the warranty period, you can contact our customer service at info@toalson.net  and return the product along with a copy of the purchase receipt. Toalson.net will repair, replace, or, if neither is possible, refund the purchase price free of charge.

This warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
