At Toalson.net, we strive to dispatch your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Below you will find all information about our shipping methods, delivery times, and costs.

Shipping Costs
– The Netherlands: €7.50 per order.
– International: starting from €12.95, depending on the destination country. Shipping costs can also be paid afterwards by invoice upon agreement.

Delivery Times
– Orders placed today are usually shipped the next day.
– Delivery within the Netherlands: usually within 1–2 business days.
– Delivery to Belgium, Germany, and neighboring countries: 2–4 business days.
– Other countries: depending on destination (typically 4–8 business days).

Shipping Methods
We ship exclusively with PostNL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a track & trace code to follow your shipment.

Pickup
Currently, it is not possible to pick up orders in person.

Not home during delivery?
If you are not home, PostNL usually leaves a note with information about a second delivery attempt or a pickup location.
