Return Policy
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return your product. You will receive a full refund, including any original shipping costs (if the entire order is returned), provided the product is returned in its original condition and packaging.
Conditions:
- The product is complete, undamaged, and unused.
- It is returned in its original packaging, if reasonably possible.
- Only private customers (B2C) are eligible for the right of withdrawal. Business (B2B) orders are excluded.
Return shipping costs:
The cost of returning the product is at your own expense.
Refund:
We will refund the amount due within 14 days after you notify us of the cancellation, provided the product has been returned in good order or you provide proof of return.
How to register a return:

- Your invoice number
- The product(s) you wish to return

Inspection and Value Reduction
You may open and inspect the product as you would in a physical store. If the product has been used more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, a reduction in value may be applied to the amount refunded.
Warranty and Defective Products
If your product is defective or develops a fault within the legal warranty period, please contact us at info@toalson.net. We will arrange for repair, replacement, or a refund, depending on your legal rights.
